From Zero to $450K+ in Year One
Get the exact playbook that built a $450K+ operation in Year 1. Everything you need — from pricing to marketing to operations.
Most new operators waste months (and thousands of dollars) figuring things out the hard way. We've already done that — so you don't have to.
Underbid and you lose money. Overbid and you lose jobs. Getting pricing right is critical — and most people guess.
Facebook, Google, postcards — there's a million ways to spend money on marketing. But which ones actually work for land clearing?
You're drowning in leads but losing jobs because you don't have a system. Organization is the difference between busy and profitable.

About Brushworks Cincinnati
We're Alex Boyd and Zach O'Dell — the founders of Brushworks Cincinnati. We didn't read about land clearing in a book. We built this business from scratch, starting with one skid steer and a lot of hustle.
In our first full year, we hit $560K in revenue, completed over 500 jobs, and built a team of 4. We've made every mistake you can imagine — and figured out what actually works.
We're not selling theory — we're sharing exactly what works. Every template, every strategy, every system in these packages is something we use in our own business, every single day.

Not necessarily! Many operators start by renting equipment or subcontracting work while they build their client base. Our Operations Manual includes equipment recommendations for every budget level, from starting with rentals to buying your first machine.
The Starter and Pro Kits are yours to use with your own brand — no royalties, no ongoing fees, no restrictions. The Licensed Operator option is similar to a franchise (you operate as Brushworks of [Your City]) but with much lower fees and more flexibility than traditional franchises.
Licensed Operator territories are exclusive — we won't sell the same territory twice. If your area is taken, you can still purchase the Starter or Pro Kit and build under your own brand name. We'll let you know during the application process if your territory is available.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the Starter and Pro Kits. If you go through the materials and genuinely feel they won't help you build your business, reach out and we'll make it right. Licensed Operator setup fees are non-refundable due to the territory reservation and custom setup work involved.
That depends on you! If you already have equipment or can rent it, you could be taking jobs within 2-4 weeks of going through the training. Most of that time is getting your branding, website, and marketing up and running — which we've made as fast as possible with our templates.
No prior forestry experience required! Our training covers everything from operating equipment safely to understanding different types of jobs. That said, comfort with operating heavy equipment (or willingness to learn) is important. Many successful operators come from construction, landscaping, or farming backgrounds.
